My expertise in business valuation encompasses purchase price allocations, business enterprise valuations, impairment testing, and non-compete valuations. I have successfully delivered these services across diverse industries, including oil and gas, as well as water and wastewater utilities. Notably, I have facilitated transactions ranging from $200,000 to $2.5 billion.

I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations, along with certification as a Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative.
