I am a professional machinery and equipment appraiser with over 24 years of experience dealing with executive level client management, the evaluation of complex machinery and processes, analysis of product and machinery markets, and the compilation and presentation of my findings in written reports. I have managed more than 400 unique appraisal projects ranging from the hundreds of thousands to tens of millions in appraised value across a wide array of industries; including plastics, CNC and metalworking, scrap processing, woodworking and sawmills, construction, aggregate and batch plants, as well as various others. In addition, I have reviewed over 400 projects. Over the past 8 years I have authored multiple industry related articles for the company website and newsletter. I take my professional responsibilities as an appraiser very seriously and strive to maintain a high level of communication, understanding and integrity in each and every opportunity I am given.
