Mr. Smith started his business in 2004 as a Real Estate Appraiser. In 2010, the decision was made to transition to Personal Property and more specifically, appraisals of houses that are deconstructed to harvest the materials which are later donated to a worthy non-profit organization. Green Donation Consultants is now one of, if not the largest deconstruction appraisal firm in the nation. We have 7 credentialed appraisers, a front office staff of 6 and 10 research assistants.
