Mark^s valuation experience was in large-scale public work projects and tech campuses located in Northern California, i.e., Google and Cisco Systems. Those projects^ required work scope was asset management, contract negotiation, report writing, establishing construction standards, forecasting costs, and scheduling tasks with their accompanying management responsibilities. Mark is attending a graduate program in Energy at the University of Oklahoma^s College of Law, has attained a B.A. in Administrative Leadership from OU, and earned Project Management Certification from San Francisco State University.
