Joseph Marino

Joseph Marino serves as the President of Truman Mox. Mr. Marino holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Resource Management from The Ohio State University and served as a Vice President of Commercial Lending and worked for two regional publicly traded banks with a combined asset value over $1.3 billion dollars. His experience includes a broad range of advising on loan transactions from Commercial Construction, Asset Based, Commercial Real Estate, C&I and Equipment/Machinery.

Mr. Marino has been responsible for overseeing transactions with an aggregate value over $500 million for various small cap and middle market companies in essentially all industries. His transaction experience touches all aspects of debt placement from mergers & acquisitions, senior debt restructuring and leveraged capital transactions.

During his tenure at Truman Mox, Inc Mr. Marino has completed over 100 appraisals in a variety of industries including Restaurant (Specialty), CNC Machinery, Medical Equipment, Construction Equipment, Office Equipment, Printing Equipment, Food Processing and Entertainment Equipment.
