Jessica Marschall

Jessica Irving Marschall is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and IRS Qualified Personal Property Appraiser with 25 years of experience in tax advisory, business consulting, and appraisal services. She is the President of MAS LLC, a small business tax advisory and consulting firm; The Green Mission Inc., a consulting firm specializing in non-cash donation strategies and supply chain management for secondary building materials; and Probity Appraisal Group, an appraisal firm providing personal property valuations for art, collectibles, furnishings, and other assets.

Jessica's passion for deconstruction, building material waste mitigation, and reuse drives her work in the secondary materials market, helping businesses and individuals maximize the financial and environmental benefits of non-cash donations.

In addition to her professional leadership, Jessica is deeply committed to community engagement. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Stafford Education Foundation (five years), Rethos (three years), and was recently appointed to the Finance Committee for the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce.

She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jessica resides in Fredericksburg, VA, with her husband and five children.
