Mr. Chrappa has been inspecting and appraising machinery and equipment for 20+ years. He also provides research, direction, and quality control on comprehensive asset management engagements such as litigation support, remarketing, appraisal review and industry white papers.

Mr. Chrappa studied Mandarin and received high honors at the Beijing Institute of Economic Management before graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from New College of Florida. He has been a member of a number of professional and trade associations, including the National Association for Business Economics, the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading, the American Association of Cost Engineers, and The Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. Additionally, he contributed to the GM and Bender Shipbuilding bankruptcy expert witness appraisals. He was also a contributor to the SFNet's educational Appraisal Module. He earned his Accredited Senior Appraiser designation (ASA) from the American Society of Appraisers in 2016.
