Grant Rabon

Mr. Rabon has consulted on electric, water, wastewater and solid waste utility engagements since 2005. His professional experience includes projects for numerous utilities across the United States including appraisals, cost of service studies, financial feasibility studies, and expert witness testimony. His educational background facilitates a unique understanding of the financial implications for technical projects. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University as well as a MBA from the University of Texas. Further, he holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in Public Utilities from the American Society of Appraisers.
