Edward Van Winkle

Ed Van Winkle is the Vice President of Law Enforcement Sales & OEM Projects for CNC Technologies and the owner of Van Winkle Aviation LLC. Ed is a retired Captain with the Gainesville (FL) Police Department, and he is an experienced aviation sales executive with over 17 years in the sale of law enforcement aircraft (helicopter & fixed-wing) and tactical mission equipment. Ed has sold over 170 law enforcement aircraft valued at over $600 million. Ed has extensive experience in used aircraft valuation and appraisals for both helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser – Machinery & Technical Specialties/Aircraft with ASA. He is also an active fixed-wing and helicopter pilot, still flying and regularly providing helicopter flight instruction.
