David DiBenedetto

David R. DiBenedetto, Sr., CSA, CEA, is a recognized industrial professional, buying, selling and appraising, primarily, new, used and reconditioned metals manufacturing and processing assets.

As President of the globally accepted TDI Group, LLC, Mr. DiBenedetto has been working throughout the industrialized world for more than 25 years, buying and selling used equipment, and providing removal, loading, shipping, remanufacturing and export services. Also, working within the appraisal industry he has maintained an active role, providing equipment and process knowledge, used market analyses, and valuation assistance to other professional appraisers.

As a valued resource, Mr. DiBenedetto regularly speaks at industry specific seminars and meetings, offering detailed presentations relative to the making, shaping, treating and handling of metals. He conducts educational webinars for students, end users, equipment dealers and appraisers.

Mr. DiBenedetto is a member of the Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST), the Steel Manufactures Association (SMA), the American Society of Appraisers, (ASA), he is a candidate member, the Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA), he is a Certified Senior Appraiser (CSA) designated by the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America (EAANA) and a Certified Equipment Appraiser, (CEA), designated by the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA).

Also, Mr. DiBenedetto serves as President and is on the Board of Directors of the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America, (EAANA), and a Board Member of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers, (AMEA), Association Treasurer and Chairman Appraisal Review Committee.

Mr. DiBenedetto has established DiBenedetto Appraisal Services LLC (DAS), a collaborate company structured to promote and utilize his industry-wide knowledge and that of other expert seasoned appraisers to provide qualified, accurate, professional appraisals of heavy industrial assets.

When not carrying out the above functions, David enjoys playing racquet sports, fly fishing and Sporting Clays.
