Christine Stefl, ASA Manager

Christine is a Manager in Ernst & Young's St. Louis Property Tax practice. During her thirteen years at Ernst & Young, Christine has provided consultation regarding most types of real property, including office, multifamily, hotels, light industrial, banks and heavy industrial. Consultation regarding personal property includes, machinery and equipment and telecommunications, and cable companies. Some of her larger clients include Alberici Construction, Christian Hospital, Cornerstone Properties, Emerson Electric Company, Huttig, Lanter, Katy Industries and New Frontier. Her experience includes all aspects of the appeal process including presentations and negotiations with local appeal boards. Christine is a Missouri Real Estate Broker, a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors and also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and a member of the American Association of Appraisers.
