Brian Glenn

Brian is a Manager in the Tangible Asset Practice of CBIZ Valuation Group and has over 13 years of experience in the valuation industry. His responsibilities include field data collection, data processing, valuation analysis, data review, project management and report compilation. He has extensive experience in the appraisal and valuation of machinery and equipment, as well as properties and buildings for insurance and compliance with financial reporting and purchase price allocation purposes.

Brian has significant experience in performing valuations for industrial manufacturing and processing facilities, healthcare systems and facilities, food and beverage, restaurants, waste water treatment facilities and operations, chemical manufacturing, plastics, consumer products, and glass manufacturing.

Prior to joining CBIZ Valuation Group, Brian was an associate with a large multinational professional services firm in Philadelphia, PA where he performed tangible asset valuations and audit reviews for companies of various sizes in numerous industries throughout the United States, Mexico and Europe. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a specialization in the Economics of Business and Law from The Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, he has completed machinery and technical specialties courses as well as courses developed by the American Society of Appraisers and the Appraisal Institute. Brian holds the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in the discipline of Machinery & Technical Specialties/Machinery and Equipment.
