Alexis Hill

Hill Art Valuation was founded in March 2013 by Alexis Cosca (previously Hill). After completion of her appraisal education requirements through the American Society of Appraisers in the summer of 2012, Alexis decided to launch her business to fulfill the need of professional appraisal practices in the state of Arizona. Holding a B.A. in Art History (Class of 1999) and a J.D. in Intellectual Property and Art Law (Class of 2008), both degrees from Arizona State University, Alexis decided to locate her business in Scottsdale, conveniently located near the galleries and museums of Old Town. Adhering to the strictest ethical codes and regulations as imposed by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and working on completing her certification with the American Society of Appraisers, Alexis is qualified through her education and professional competency to provide accurate and thorough research and reporting required by the art appraisal industry. Her art and legal background provide her with the tools that are necessary to produce accurate valuations based on thorough market analysis and research.
