Adam West

Adam West is a Specialist Leader in the Deloitte Transaction and Business Analytics LLP's Advisory practice in the Atlanta office. He works in the Valuation Practice, with a focus on tangible assets. Adam brings over 15 years of collective experience to clients. He provides equipment valuation, capital projects consulting and other fixed asset consulting services, as well as real estate appraisal services, lease analyses, insurable valuation, and other real estate consulting services. Adam has been involved in hundreds of consulting assignments performing and managing tangible asset valuations for a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. He has been involved with engagements ranging from evaluating large and diverse portfolios to performing single property analyses. These projects have included purchase price allocations, real estate valuations, machinery & equipment valuations, and cost segregations.
